I am honored and pleased to share my positive experiences with Jim Georgantes. I

was referred to Jim by one of his satisfied clients, who is a respected friend of mine.

Jim has worked with me and my spouse with the purchase of three homes and in the

selling of two homes. We thoroughly appreciated his patience with our search to find

the "right" home. We find Jim to have great talent in viewing homes, assessing the

potentials and pointing out the downsides, negotiating the purchase price (selling and

buying), keeping us informed at all times and following through in completing the

escrow. Jim's building contracting experience is a valued asset. Even though we

would like all sales and purchases to go smoothly, they do not. Jim shows the ability to
